Please use this form to register your donated artwork for the exhibition fundraiser on January 13 at Artworks Trenton. Your submission will help raise funds for free vision screenings and eyeglasses for students in Trenton Public Schools, provided in partnership with Vision to Learn. If your piece is not completed by the registration deadline, please provide an in-progress photo or submit a new form to upload a photo of your submission before January 2^nd. HJAHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that provides essential health services to the medically underserved community of Trenton and Mercer County, no matter their ability to pay! This art exhibition and auction will feature the art of Trenton students and local artists to help fund FREE vision screenings and eyeglasses for youth in Trenton Public Schools, in partnership with Vision to Learn. The exhibition will remain open the weekend of January 13 following the event. We would love to feature the art of local artists in and around Trenton and encourage you to support the cause! ⁣⁣

In underserved communities like Trenton, 95% of children that need glasses do not have them. 100% of funds raised from this event will directly fund free vision screenings and eyeglasses for students in the Trenton Public Schools. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage with your community, promote awareness about issues facing underserved youth, and spread messages of hope and generosity. ⁣⁣
