Our main facility is located at 321 N. Warren Street in Trenton’s North Ward at the famous city landmark, the “Battle Monument” (a tall tower with a statue of General Washington at the top watching for British troops). This 28,000 square foot facility houses all medical departments as well as dentistry, specialty programs, and administration.

The first floor offers fast track, pediatrics, adult medicine, ob/gyn care, social services, podiatry, eye care, behavioral health care, nutritional services provided by a registered dietitian, our lab, and an on-site independent pharmacy. The second floor offers dental services, HIV and Hepatitis C testing and treatment, Senior Care, and administration.

The center is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays 9-1. Appointments are encouraged but not necessary.

Located in Trenton’s East Ward, directly across the street from Trenton’s only public high school, our Chambers Street location recently experienced a grand renovation! Funded by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, this capital project allowed us to install an elevator and re-format the second floor for medical use, greatly expanding our “usable” space for patient convenience and service.

Now Austin at Chamber’s Street offers adult medicine, pediatrics, back-to-school immunizations and physicals, OB/GYN care, and HIV Counseling and Testing in expanded hours.

The center is open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and one Saturday each month.
