Nutritional Counseling

The Nutrition Department at Henry J. Austin offers medical nutrition therapy consults for our patients.

Our registered dietitian is the center's resident food and nutrition expert. She works in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to improve patients' health through high quality nutrition.

Services include: Nutrition Assessment, Metabolic Testing, Nutrition Education, Diet Prescription, Diet Education, Meal Planning / Food Preparation

Our staff also presents nutrition education to schools, community groups, and senior centers in the Trenton area.
