Behavioral Healthcare

Henry J. Austin Health Center is pleased to partner with Family Guidance Center to provide a full compliment of behavioral health care assessment, treatment, and referral services for Austin Center patients. Professionals, including a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse (APRN) offer clinical services on a sliding-fee. This allows patients to coordinate their primary health care and their behavioral health services in a “one-stop shop” of care.

Austin Center won a competitive US Bureau of Primary Health Care grant to allow this expansion of services.

Psychiatric services are available through a partnership with Capital Health and support of Bristol Myers Squibb.
