Henry J. Austin Health Center has a Medical Records
Department that provides support to our staff and offers personalized
service to our patients. The department manages and maintains hundreds
of records for the health center on a daily basis.
The H.I.P.A.A. compliant staff ensures patient confidentiality
in all aspects of handling a patient’s private health information.
In most cases, depending upon the written request, copies of medical
records can be provided within 30 days at no cost to the patient.
