The goal of the AIM program is to reduce pediatric emergency room visits and school absences for asthma by eliminating exposure to asthma triggers and by improving ability to self-manage asthma symptoms. This is a collaborative effort with the Trenton schools, the City of Trenton and community-based agencies.
Henry J. Austin provides health treatment, case management and community education and outreach. To learn more about this program, please call Maggie Vasil, Certified Asthma Educator AIM Coordinator, (609) 278-5910. AIM is funded by the Office of Minority and Multicultural Health.
